Air Jordan 1 High OG "Lost & Found": Has Jordan Brand Taken the Ageing Process Too Far?

The Air Jordan 1 High OG "Lost & Found" is one of the hottest releases in 2022. Thousands of sneakerheads registered for a pair, but only a few fans were able to grab one. With the colourway, the sporting goods company pays homage to the mom-and-pop shops of the '80s, and fittingly, there is also a receipt in the shoe box that matches the original.

Now, the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Lost & Found" is making headlines once again, but unfortunately, in a negative sense. More and more buyers are reporting mould damage on the heel and around the ankle. Has the brand perhaps taken the sneaker's ageing process too far?

Sad owners won't have to wait long for a reaction from the manufacturer, though. A spokesperson told Complex the following:

"We are aware of the issue and are working to fix it to improve future experiences."

Only a Few Air Jordan 1 High OG "Lost & Found" Buyers Are Affected

Reportedly, it is only a small portion that is affected by the mould damage. Less than 1 percent reportedly found a defect with their pair.
