The Nike Dunk High "Picante Red" has a simple colourway of white leather panels and red hits. The former also dresses the overlays, as well as the toe box and mudguard. Furthermore, the clean look is carried over to the laces and tongues, with the label featuring red logos.

The titular hue also appears on the lateral Swooshes, which are used on both the inner and outer surfaces. Then at the very bottom, bright midsoles and red outsoles round out the overall design of the Nike Dunk High "Picante Red".
