Anniversary Edition: Nike Air Force 1 "Little Accra" Celebrates Ghanaian Community in NYC

So far, we've seen several Air Force 1 Anniversary Editions from Nike that have received a special makeover. Most recently, a white Nike Air Force 1 "Anniversary Edition" with brown Swooshes and revised tongue labels has been unveiled.

Next, the sporting goods manufacturer has confirmed the drop of the Nike Air Force 1 "Little Accra", which celebrates New York City's thriving Ghanaian community. It features a distinctly elegant upper and detailed embroidery. But let's start with the base of the sneaker, which is made of premium leather and finished with glossy red overlays.

On the side, squiggly gold tapestry patterns adorn the Nike Air Force 1 "Little Accra". They are a reference to a certain neighbourhood in the Bronx. The same pattern can also be found on the heels, which are highlighted with black velvet heels and "Little Accra" details. Lastly, the insoles with mismatched "Sharing Stories" and "Building Communities" messages complete the Nike Air Force 1 "Little Accra".
