Friday Sees the Release of the Second ASICS "Academic Scholar" Pack

ASICS' "Academic Scholar" pack, which debuted in 2019, included a number of sneakers with college-inspired colourways. The pack had a Nimbus 21, Kayano 26, and Kayano 5, but now it turns out that these weren't the only sneakers. The Japanese sporting goods manufacturer has confirmed a second part.

Below, you will find the images of the second edition of the "Academic Scholar" pack. The pack features two new shoes, which includes a new version of the popular ASICS GEL-Lyte III and GT-II. Both shoes come with a university-inspired colourway, which starts with blue and green hits.

The contrasting colours complement each other on both silhouettes. Adding to the mix is a premium construction of soft suede and sturdy leather. Somewhere in between, yellow borders break through the colourway for a multicoloured tooling. Finally, the white midsoles and coloured outsoles follow suit.

The ASICS "Academic Scholar" Pack will be released in selected regions on April 1st at asics.com. Therefore, we assume that the shoes will also be released in Europe this Friday.
