Even before New Balance drops the new v6 version of the 990, there is another release of the New Balance 990v5. For 2022, the sporting goods manufacturer has designed a sneaker made without the use of animal products or animal by-products. The New Balance 990v5 "Vegan Friendly Made" has been released to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the 990 range. It is made of vegan materials, including embossed synthetic and mesh, both wearing a tonal grey colour scheme.
In addition, the sustainable design of the New Balance 990v5 "Vegan Friendly Made" includes a white encap midsole, along with grey outsoles. Lastly, colour-coordinated New Balance branding completes the design perfectly.
