The Pharrell Williams x adidas Hu NMD S1 RYAT Looks Wicked!

In September last year, adidas showed the adidas NMD S1 for the first time. The brand new NMD extension does without the iconic plugs on the sides. Instead, the new S1 is now adorned with thinner stripes in the midsole. The outsole is particularly striking. If you look at the sole from below, you can see a lot of adidas Trefoil logos that serve as traction teeth. It's very cool in any case.

Now, long-term partner Pharrell Williams takes the NMD S1 one step further by adding his own design elements to the shoe. The Pharrell Williams x adidas Hu NMD S1 RYAT is a high-top shoe and comes with a tear-resistant mesh upper. Overlays of suede and synthetic material are used. Pharrell uses different colour accents. We see blue and yellow stripes in the midsole as well as pink laces and green heel tabs. The collab is first visible on the tongue, which is decorated with the "Humanrace" branding.
