Enhanced adidas Ultra 4D Gets Glow-in-the-Dark Feature

The adidas Ultra 4D is not only a running shoe, but the silhouette also embodies a fashion-conscious approach. The technological highlight at adidas has already appeared in several versions, but you certainly haven't seen the sneaker with this feature yet.
The Herzogenaurach-based brand continues to work on the adidas Ultra 4D, adding an exciting glow-in-the-dark theme so that it easily transitions from running to streetwear. The label has also designed two colourways for the community at once. The sneaker appears in black and white.
"We created the adidas Ultra 4D to enhance our iconic models of peak performance by combining the iconic Ultraboost silhouette with the 4D midsole. Adding the glow-in-the-dark effect to the upper shows our continued commitment to innovation through performance and style. This shoe is truly iconic in the light and in the dark," says Charlotte Heidmann, Product Manager for adidas Running.
In bright light, of course, you can't see the glowing upper, but flip the switch and an exciting glow awaits. The glow-in-the-dark feature gives the two new adidas Ultra 4D "Glow" models an elegant and premium feel that combines design with progress. In addition, the lightweight Primeknit upper is made of 50% recycled polyester, making the world a better place.

The adidas Ultra 4D "Glow White" and "Glow Black" were supposed to drop on December 10th at adidas, via the adidas app, and at selected retailers, but there were some problems, apparently. The sneakers have not been released yet. So, keep your eye on the shop.
