Take a Look at the NEIGHBORHOOD x adidas Originals Superstar '80s

Founder Shinsuke Takizawa of NEIGHBORHOOD shared the new collaboration with adidas on Instagram. Two adidas Originals Superstar '80s are part of the upcoming Autumn/Winter 2021 collection and will soon drop at selected retailers.

The highlights are not only the materials and minimalist co-branding from adidas and NEIGHBORHOOD, but also the classic's cordless system. A zip runs vertically on the tongue and replaces the usual laces with parallel zigzag stitching and leather straps that hang from the zip.

The shell toe and brushed sole, on the other hand, are kept in a classic style, with the upper clearly upgrading the sneakers. The shoe is made of soft suede, which comes in either green or black. Further insignia on the insoles then complete the overall design.

The brands have not given an exact delivery date for the NEIGHBORHOOD x adidas Originals Superstar '80s, but the sneakers are reportedly dropping soon.
