Another Air Force 1 Joins the Move to Zero Campaign

The label with the Swoosh has long been part of the majority of global corporations actively trying to do something about climate change. Their efforts are expressed in a variety of ways, so that something is being done for the environment on all fronts. Nike's best-known initiative is the so-called "Move to Zero" campaign, which integrates environmental protection directly into the latest sneakers. Many models use recycled materials, which are directly noticeable in the look of the respective shoe.

The Nike Air Force 1 Crater "Move to Zero" is another classic that has been given an environmentally friendly makeover. The shoe is equipped with so-called ripstop nylon, which completely envelops the upper and provides it with the characteristic small boxes. Only the Swoosh and eyestays are made of white tumbled leather. The "Move to Zero" wheel is also found on the outer heel and the insole. The heel of the sneaker is the only area that has been given brown and orange hues. Of course, a speckled rubber outsole and midsole are not missing, the look of which comes from the Crater material.

The official images of the Air Force 1 Crater "Move to Zero" have already been released by Nike, so a release can't be too far off. We'll definitely keep you posted if there is finally a confirmed release date.
