The label with the Swoosh has increasingly focused on the sustainability of its products in recent years and implements this in a variety of ways. The incorporation of recycled materials in new shoes is probably the most common way for the sneaker community to make the planet a little better. Nike can now boast of a wide range of new materials that can be integrated into sneakers in a variety of ways. Whether it's Crater Foam or the so-called "Grind", the application possibilities are numerous.

With the Nike Air Max Plus, the company is once again tackling the issue of sustainability and is releasing a sneaker whose look has really been influenced by recycled substances. The entire upper comes in a black fabric with abstract green and orange patterns. This unusual decoration creates a camouflage-like look. The toxic green colour accents can also be found on the Swoosh on the side, the outsole, the insole, and the Air emblem on the tongue.

In typical fashion, the new model is made of at least 20% recycled materials (by weight) and thus meets Nike's own standard. The recycled materials are particularly noticeable in the cage, which gives the Air Max Plus its characteristic look. Unfortunately, we can't say with 100% certainty which material it is exactly, but the material used is quite reminiscent of the already known Nike "Grind" or the Crater Foam.

Don't Miss the Release of the Nike Air Max Plus "Grind"

Since Nike has already uploaded the official pictures of the Air Max Plus "Grind", we can assume a release for 170€ in the near future. However, all further information is still missing at this point. But we will keep you updated, in any case.
