Hardly any other sneaker has undergone such a cultural transformation as the Nike Air Force 1. The silhouette was born as a basketball silhouette and then slowly evolved into a hip-hop sneaker. Now, the primitive has become a true lifestyle model. The designer Bruce Kilgore himself did not see this development coming.
The countless colourways, which are added to the range almost daily, always show the AF1 in a new light. Soon, the classic will be getting a new colourway with a rich blue tone in "Varsity Royal".
The upper and the several overlays still remind us strongly of the early days of the sneaker. The clean elements are made of smooth leather, while blue Swooshes, soles, and other brandings are adjacent.
