Shaniqwa Jarvis and Converse Decide on a Chuck Taylor All Star CX with Flower Print
Update 11.08.2020
Nike finally confirmed the drop of the Shaniqwa Jarvis x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star CX, which will be released this week.
Shaniqwa Jarvis is a photographer, and for her great collaboration with Converse, she chooses the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star CX, which honours her late father. She probably didn't need to look for a unique motif for the sneaker for long, as the picture was taken by Shaniqwa herself on a trip to Mexico.
The shoe comes with a motif that pays tribute to her father, as he himself had a preference for expressive pieces. Translucent elements, artistic side parts and clean lines characterize this model.
If you want to cop the Shaniqwa Jarvis x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star CX or the apparel that goes with it, you should visit Converse on August 13th.

The collabs with Converse are definitely among the best ones in the fashion world. Great labels like Undercover and Off-White have already worked with Converse before. In the past few months, however, the Massachusetts-based brand has placed more emphasis on local partners.
One of the first partners is Tyler the Creator, who has already gotten the ball rolling. Next, we get to see a collaboration with New York photographer Shaniqwa Jarvis. The partners have chosen a classic Chuck 70 Hi with flower print that reminds us of spring.
The side parts are very loud. Petals, most of which have been dyed pink, bloom on the forefoot, collar and heel, with the traditional Converse logo applied to the inner sides. The tongue and the laces remain untouched by the floral print and are in white, while the sole has also been colour-matched.

So far, no release info has been revealed yet, but we suspect a drop in the next few days at converse.com.
