Nike SB Dunk Low Pro "Sashiko" - Exclusive Release in Europe

For the last few months, we have already been expecting an extraordinary "Sashiko Pack" from Nike. And, while we're still waiting for the official info, we are now taking a look at the pack's first installment. In just a few days, the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro "Sashiko" will be released exclusively in Europe. Here are the first pictures of the high-quality sneaker.

Only Nike can come up with such an inspiration. Sashiko is an old textile ornamentation technique, which originally comes from Japan and has its origin in the early 17th century. The Japanese used the technique for broken clothes to mend them, using artistic motifs.

We find those similar things in the Premium Dunk from Nike. A dark denim and high-quality suede inserts are the basis for the white contrast stitching. "Sashiko" or "small stitches" are then found in the form of Swooshes, whereby the perforations on the toe box have a similar motif. Colourless stitches on the sides further enhance the style and a jagged seam on the tongue label as well as the brown outsole round off the overall design.

On August 1st, the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro "Sashiko" will be released at SNS and costs 100€. Make sure to be there for this exclusive release, so you don't miss the drop.
