First Regions to Receive the adidas Top Ten 2010

When Kobe Bryant joined Nike in June 2003, he had already signed a 6-year contract with adidas before entering the NBA at the age of 17. In his rookie season, Bryant popularised the adidas Top Ten, which was introduced in the 1996-97 season as part of the adidas Basketball Feet You Wear series. It's worth mentioning, however, that years later, the adidas Top Ten of 2010 still have a huge following and are highly regarded by sneaker enthusiasts. So it's not just about the past, but also about the present and future of Kobe's legacy.
 
The adidas Top Ten 2010 have officially arrived in Taiwan, a release in Europe has not yet been announced. The shoes have been brought up to date and are now available in a range of 90s colour combinations, including a "Lakers" colour scheme as well as two white and two black versions with silver accents. Designed for the basketball court, the pairs are made from a mix of nylon mesh and leather uppers with oversized tongue tabs, wavy overlay panels and nylon straps that form the three stripes logos on the sides and centre. Cartoon embroidery adorns the heel counter and thick, spherical outsole grips complete the look.
