PUMA MB.03 "Hills" Pays Tribute to LaMelo's Historic Milestone

People still remember when the youngest of the famous Ball brothers - LaMelo - scored an incredible 92 points in a single game for Chino Hills High School five years ago. That was the moment he finally made a name for himself and proved his exceptional scoring abilities. Now, five years later, PUMA has launched its third signature silhouette model, the PUMA MB.03, and this latest colourway pays homage to LaMelo's historic evening. The PUMA MB.03 "Hills" is not only stylish, but also commemorates one of the most impressive basketball performances in the history of high school basketball.

The colourway of the PUMA MB.03 "Hills" is inspired by the wild bobcats and coyotes in the mountains of his hometown. Its unique repeating claw prints rip open the neutral knit upper to reveal bright neon mesh accents. An eye-catching grey mudguard completes the shoes' fashionable aesthetic. The entire upper is grey, while the yellow colour returns in the form of three tongue logos. The sole picks up the grey hue and the topographic heel counter offers further opportunities for LaMelo branding. We can't wait to see the shoes in autumn when they officially launch!
