For all sneakerheads, there is exciting news in October: the Air Jordan 5 is coming out in one of the most creative designs of all time. The Air Jordan 5 GS "Plaid" pays homage to Michael's fifth signature model. With its eye-catching colours and patterns, the Air Jordan 5 GS "Plaid" combines retro vibes with modern lifestyle features.
The eye-catching plaid design is accompanied by subtle black and white tones and spiced up with red and green accents. The mesh and TPU upper keeps the shoe simple and shines in matte black. Orange accents on the laces and midsole, as well as citrus detailing on the Jumpman logo on the tongue, make for an experimental and fresh take on Tinker Hatfield's third design for His Airness. The semi-transparent traction zones on the sole then perfectly round off the overall look. A first look at the model is already available, the launch on nike.com is scheduled for 20 October.
