Nike revives one of its most iconic tennis shoes, the Air Tech Challenge 2 "Hot Lava", made famous by tennis legend Andre Agassi. Known for his bold style both on and off the court, Agassi's signature shoe gets a fresh but nostalgic makeover this year.

The Nike Air Tech Challenge 2 "Hot Lava" first debuted in 1990 and has been reissued several times since. This time, Nike gives the shoe aged details to emphasise its retro roots. The leather upper is a light off-white instead of bright white, and the midsole is pre-yellowed to create a vintage look. The classic bright pink accents on the Swooshes and splash details are back, but with a cracked finish to enhance the aged look. Black grained leather overlays and unchanged grey sections on the collar and sole complete the design.
