Aminé has unveiled its second collaboration with New Balance, reviving a model from the archives with the New Balance 740v2. This special edition of the sneaker pays homage to Aminé's alma mater, Benson Polytechnic High School in Portland, Oregon, where the artist began his musical journey. Special tribute is paid to the KBPS radio programme, which was a major influence on Aminé's career.

The New Balance 740v2 ‘Benson Tech’ comes in a bold blue-orange colourway that reflects the school colours of Benson Tech. The shoe combines an orange-coloured mesh upper with blue leather accents that run across the entire shoe. The sneaker also features outdoor-inspired details, such as rope laces with a practical lace toggle system. Another highlight is the specially designed shoe box, which is reminiscent of an older MacBook - a nod to Aminé's scholastic past.

The highly anticipated collaboration between Aminé and New Balance will be released on 1 November 2024. The New Balance 740v2 ‘Benson Tech’ is expected to be available via Aminé's Club Banana website.
