adidas brings back Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's legendary Jabbar OG

adidas honours the legacy of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar with a reissue of the iconic Jabbar sneaker in October 2024. Introduced in 1978, this basketball shoe was the first to wear the face of an athlete and established Abdul-Jabbar as a pioneer of the sport. The new edition remains true to the original and offers a high and a low version in classic royal blue.

The smooth leather upper with suede toe cap and creamy white midsole combines retro vibes with modern style. The soft leather lining ensures comfort and makes the shoe interesting for everyday wear as well as for collectors.

The adidas Jabbar OG will be released on 18 October 2024, with the Hi model costing €110 and the Low model €100.
