Nike LeBron 24: LeBron James’ lightest basketball boot is due to be released in November

Nike Basketball has officially unveiled the LeBron 24. LeBron James’s new signature model has been designed for the faster game of the current generation and is said to be lighter, more responsive and more agile than its predecessors. According to Nike, it is the lightest performance shoe in the LeBron series to date.

The new KingKnit upper plays a key role. This knitted construction, developed specifically for LeBron, combines light weight and breathability with the necessary support for rapid changes of direction and explosive movements. Underfoot is a full-length, removable React foam midsole with Air Zoom elements in the forefoot and heel. A stabilising element in the midfoot and a new traction pattern are designed to provide additional stability on the court.

The storytelling is also evolving. Whilst the LeBron 23 looked back on key milestones in James’ career, the LeBron 24 is aimed more at the next generation. The upcoming colourways are based on the five principles of ‘Wonder’, ‘Family’, ‘Fear’, ‘Luck’ and ‘Discovery’. Kicking things off is the blue “Stars” colourway, inspired by LeBron James’ former AAU team, the Shooting Stars.

The Nike LeBron 24 “Stars” will be released worldwide on 17 November 2026 via Nike and selected retailers.
