A Nike Air Max Plus That Glows in the Dark as Well as in the Spotlight

The Nike Air Max Plus celebrates its 25th birthday and surprises and delights sneakerheads with innovative designs. The latest version of Sean McDowell's iconic creation from 1998 comes with an interesting new feature: A reflective, padded nylon upper replaces the traditional mesh base and familiar colour gradients. At first glance, the bright white upper catches the eye. However, it's not just the colour that catches the eye, but also the reflective details on the textile and fabric components that elevate the design to a new level of appeal.
 
The design also continues under the shoe, where the sole units freshly renew the quarter-century-old silhouette. The sole departs from the standard and features an unusual Swoosh on the mudguard, paired with unique Tuned Air and Air Max technology, while the outsole completes the design in black. The Nike Air Max Plus WMNS "Reflective" is expected to release in spring 2024, the exact date is not yet known.
