adidas and Anthony Edwards have unveiled the AE 1 Low, the latest iteration of Edwards' signature basketball shoe line. The announcement was made via a dynamic Instagram video campaign that reflects the playful yet competitive spirit of the partnership. This new version follows the success of the original AE 1 and is tailored for playoff season and summer play, combining cutting-edge technology with a stylish low-cut design.



The AE 1 Low retains several features of the original, such as the outer foam cage, but with a lower ankle cut for improved flexibility and freedom of movement. It features a black knit textile upper with a TPU support cage and is characterised by its honeycomb perforation layout. The design is completed by the adidas three-stripe logo on the heel and Edwards' initials on the woven tongue label.

Fans can look forward to a variety of colourways that will be released in summer 2024.
