adidas Campus 80 "Croptober": Is this the Best 4/20 This Year?

The global holiday of 4/20 will soon be upon us and leisure as well as medical consumers are gearing up for the festivities to enjoy life. To mark the occasion, adidas Originals is gearing up to release another 4/20 version of the Campus, featuring a tear-away upper that can be customised for a personalised look.
 
Called "Croptober", which alludes to the time of year when outdoor farmers across the country harvest their sun-fuelled cannabis and prepare it for their medical patients. The tone here is casual and relaxed.
 
Be sure to check out the official photos below and look for the adidas Campus 80 "Croptober" to be available at select adidas Originals retailers on Thursday, April 20th and soon on adidas.com. This offering from adidas features a unique upper with a tear-away layer reminiscent of rolling paper, revealing green hairy suede underlays reminiscent of the cannabis plant. Other details include nubuck tongues, Three Stripe logos and heels with psychedelic multi-coloured batik patterns on the trim, inner tongues and insoles. A semi-transparent rubber sole completes the design.
