When it comes to recycling and sustainability, sporting goods manufacturers have made tremendous strides. But perhaps the best example is provided by German brand adidas. The label from Herzogenaurach has launched a recycling programme in which old, worn-out sneakers are refurbished. This is how the new adidas Ultraboost Made to Be Remade comes full circle.

You use your adidas Made to Be Remade item as usual. When you can no longer wear the product, you can simply send it back to adidas for recycling, free of charge. To do so, scan the code on the product to get the free return label and drop off the packaged product at a parcel shop.

The adidas Ultraboost Made to Be Remade offers this option. To start with, adidas is dropping three colourways in "Core Black/Cloud White", "Core Black", and "Non Dyed". This sneaker has a mix of the aforementioned contrasts, and at the bottom, a white Boost sole cushions the steps.
