Air Jordan 1 Mid GS "UNC to Chicago": A Tribute to Michael Jordan's Journey from Chapel Hill to Chicago
Revealed by insiders, the Air Jordan 1 Mid GS "UNC to Chicago" is the ideal complement to Jordan's Brand Retro models. Not only does it honour Michael's journey from Chapel Hill to Chicago, but it also connects the next Air Jordan generation to His Airness' legacy, thanks to its youth-exclusive finish.
The familiar "Bred" colourway, paired with the special sunset drawing on the upper, create a beautiful image for the Air Jordan 1 Low OG, bringing even more focus to the Air Jordan 2 Low, which will soon be able to tell its story. But apparently, it won't just be these two models. New images show an Air Jordan 1 Mid with the same twist.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid GS "UNC to Chicago" is mainly a bright white with a "University Blue" along the tongue and mudguard inspired by North Carolina. The back half of the sneaker is in bright red, with two suede panels adorned with a gold foil featuring the iconic elephant print. The midfoot Swooshes, winged logo on the collar, and Air Jordan branding in gold on the heel add an extra touch to the shoe.
Don't Miss the Release of the Air Jordan 1 Mid GS "UNC to Chicago"
