The first real images of the Air Jordan 5 "Black Metallic Reimagined" have finally been released! The potential release date of 8 February hasn't changed, so unfortunately we'll have to wait quite a while longer.

It was originally planned that the Air Jordan 5 ‘Black Metallic’ (HF3975-001) would return in its OG form. However, it is now clear that it will join the ‘Reimagined’ collection. The Air Jordan 5 ‘Black Metallic Reimagined’ will come with 3M stitching and laces.

TLDR: For its 35th anniversary, the Air Jordan 5 OG "Black Metallic" returns in spring 2025. Faithfully remastered from the 1990 original, this release features an elegant black nubuck upper, metallic silver accents, the iconic 3M reflective tongues and the popular "Nike Air" branding on the heel. Pricing details are still pending, but the sneaker will be available at select Jordan Brand retailers and on Nike.com.
