Originally conceived as a basketball shoe in 1983, Numeric's designers set out to transform the 480 into a more durable sneaker designed specifically for heavy-duty street use. Incorporating advanced New Balance technology, a Long FuelCell midsole has been integrated to provide optimal propulsion. In addition, a Ndurance rubber outsole adds grip, while a sculpted Abzorb sockliner provides enhanced cushioning and impact absorption. The upper is made from brushed nubuck leather with accents of premium suede and leather. The stylish design is rounded off by the "Reynolds" logo on the tongue!
