Tomorrow, August 24th, the two Nike LDWaffles by sacai and Fragment will be released in the colours "Blackened Blue" and "Light Smoke Grey" via Nike SNKRS and at selected retailers for 170€ each. You can find all further information on the models in our release calendar.

Thanks to insiders, we now have the latest pictures of the two upcoming fragment design x sacai x Nike LDV Waffles, which are supposed to drop this summer. Unfortunately, there is no exact date yet, but we will continue to follow the matter and inform you in case of updates.

Only a few days after we learned about the grey LDV Waffle in collaboration with fragment and sacai, new images have already surfaced. The fresh pics show the sneaker from different perspectives, so we can get an even better look at the shoe.

Well, what do we have here? It seems that in addition to the obsidian colourway, we can also look forward to a grey LDV Waffle in collaboration with fragment and sacai! This version comes in a grey mesh upper with suede overlays and white double Swooshes on the sides. The double tongue also features double brandings. Of course, the characteristic fragment lightning bolts are also present on the inner soles. A white midsole and a black Waffle rubber outsole round off the overall design.

Unfortunately, there is no confirmed release date for the grey version of the triple collab yet either. However, it is strongly expected to drop in summer 2021 at Nike and selected retailers for 160€. We'll definitely keep you updated, though.   

Update 04.01.2021

Back in the summer of last year, designer Hiroshi Fujiwara gave us a first sneak peek at a new collab. Now, the infamous leaker "zsneakerheadz" first shares more detailed images of a new shoe that could be released as the fragment design x sacai x Nike LDV Waffle soon.

The brandings of the three brands are definitely represented: the familiar LDV Waffle design with the double Swooshes, double tags, and a double waffle sole. And on the side, discreetly but unmistakably, the "fragment lightning" can be seen.

Overall, however, the release is pretty quiet, considering how wild some LDV Waffles from sacai and Nike have been in the past, this shoe in the Blue Void/Obsidian/White/White colourway seems almost boring.

No details on the collab have been shared yet, but we will stay tuned and keep you updated.

The sacai x Nike LDV Waffle is one of the most popular sneaker releases of 2020. Among sneakerheads, the extraordinary shoes are probably high up and soon, fans might get another chance. Designer Hiroshi Fujiwara has now been seen with a collaborative fragment design x sacai x Nike LDV Waffle.

The labels have not yet confirmed the triple collaboration. But in the split photo on Instagram by Kunichi Nomura, we see Hiroshi and the music artist HIMI along with the new shoes from Nike.

While we are still waiting for the monster collab, we can take a closer look at the picture of the sneaker. The LDV Waffle looks like it has a blue base and a black mudguard. The sacai vibes come with the double Swooshes and with the double sole. A small logo by fragment design completes the entire colourway.

No details of the collab have yet been shared. However, we will stay tuned and keep you updated.
