The Awake NY x Jordan Air Ship will be released on 21 February. There will also be a matching apparel collection.

After more than a year, the brand director of Awake NY, Hugo Mendoza, has finally released new information regarding the collaborative Jordan Air Ship and also presents us with a new image. Allegedly, the sneaker will be released on 21 February together with a matching apparel collection. Unfortunately, there's still no sign of the blue version, but we'll keep you up to date!

Awake NY has already released several collaborative sneakers with various partners and now the label is teaming up with Jordan Brand to release a joint Air Ship with an asymmetric colourway. The model seems to be experiencing a lot of hype and has been dropping more and more lately.

This special edition of the Jordan Air Ship comes with a leather upper, which mainly presents a mix of white and sail. The asymmetry of the colourway is noticeable in the swooshes, which are outlined in either red or blue. The collar and the heel element also match the colour of the corresponding Swoosh.

The Swooshes themselves show off a shiny silver, while Awake's signature "A" is visible in the forefoot above the yellowed midsole. We can also expect semi-transparent outsoles. In the spirit of a special edition, the sneaker also comes with a metal hangtag and a special box.

Unfortunately, not much is known about the Awake NY x Jordan Air Ship yet, but we can already present you with first pictures of the shoe. The drop is supposed to take place at Awake NY sometime this year. We will keep you up to date!
