Brand-New adidas Y-3 Runner 4D Halo Silhouette Is Waiting in the Wings

adidas Y-3 speaks a very intense design language. The versions often look wild and don't hit every nerve of sneakerheads, but nevertheless, Y-3 has been an integral part of the sneaker game for years and regularly causes a stir. The brand-new Y-3 Runner 4D Halo is also likely to be controversial.

The shoe comes in a rather open form. The upper is made of rather coarsely knitted Primeknit, and the lacing extends all the way to the outsole. adidas' patented Digital Light Synthesis technology rounds off the design. Underneath the entire sneaker sits the 4D-printed sole in a cream hue. The sole is still an absolute favourite among sneakerheads.
