Nike has been showing its commitment to North American Native and Indigenous communities since 2009, when Nike launched the N7 series. Over the years, the brand has released shoes for this collection throughout the year. But for 2023, Nike returns to a traditional Heritage Month celebration in November, along with the debut of the Nike SB Dunk Low Decon "N7". 

 

The undyed canvas upper and tongue provide an earthy look, while the contrasting mudguard and surrounding overlays provide an understated and subtle look. Additionally, floral embroidery adorns the front and rear elements, adding a dainty touch. Nike doesn't skimp on functionality either: EVA midsole, translucent rubber outsole, and graphic insoles ensure comfort with every step. Even Nike's signature N7 branding is present to show off its signature style!

 

This particular shoe is another example of Nike's commitment to honouring the culture and values of these precious communities — a promise Nike has proudly kept for over a decade. Unfortunately, no release date has been set yet, but the sneakers are rumoured to drop in autumn 2023.
