Edison Chen has now revealed the full Converse collection celebrating the national mascot, the giant panda. The capsule includes a CLOT x Converse Chuck 70 Hi and a Jack Purcell Ox.
"The giant panda is something we relate to, of course, because of our Chinese heritage and culture," said Edison Chen, Founder and Creative Director of Clot. "Doing something to give love and attention to the panda in response to WWF's International Panda Day in China is very important and part of the new Clot aesthetic, which is about loving and preserving the earth so that the future can enjoy its beauty too."
The first release of the collection will take place on November 11th at juicestoreusa.com and Juice stores. A bigger release will then follow on November 18th at the Converse online shop and selected retailers.

Edison Chen is currently building the latest autumn/winter 2022 "Altered Beast" collection with CLOT, and the designer is set to release a sneaker to match. The label's founder has now shared the first photo on Instagram. It shows a CLOT x Converse Chuck 70 Hi "Panda" and captions the image "Panda".
The reference to the bear species native to China is obvious. Black and white alternate after each element for a contrasting "panda" theme. There is also a black tongue between the large side panels, which match the colour of the Converse logos.
Other highlights include different materials. Wool white, as well as hairy fabrics, are found on both the inner and outer surfaces. Edison wears his CLOT x Converse Chuck 70 Hi "Panda" additionally with different coloured laces to get a coherent theme.
