Converse and A-COLD-WALL* are continuing their successful collaboration! Just recently, the recycled Aeon Active CX was released, and now the two cooperation partners are surprising us with a totally wacky new design — the sustainable Sponge Crater CX.

The new silhouette is an absolute eye-catcher. Although not many materials are used in the shoe, the shape and structure of the Sponge Crater CX are really something to behold.

The shoe is not only visually very striking due to the eponymous "crater foam", but also incredibly comfortable.

In this shoe, the foam forms the substructure of the shoe, so that you get the feeling of walking on soft cushions. This eye-catching material is combined with a Flyknit-like upper, which provides additional comfort.

Of course, the discreet but still very visible branding of the two collaborative partners is not missing. We see the Converse logo on the tongue tag and on the insole, while the well-known ACW branding is immortalised on the outside of the shoe as well as on the insole.

The release of the brand l-new silhouette has already been confirmed. The Sponge Crater CX is scheduled for release starting June 23rd ,2022 at selected retailers, as well as Converse and ACW. Of course, we will notify you in time via our free Grailify app!
