Did Iron Man Inspire This Nike Air Max Plus 3?

Nike releases yet another sneaker that could very well come straight from the Marvel universe. Just a few days ago, an Air Jordan 1 Mid was released, which bears a certain resemblance to the Hulk. Next, we now see an Air Max Plus 3, which was obviously inspired by Iron Man.

The Air Max Plus 3 is relatively new to Nike's list of revived classics. But, the releases are rather restrained. That is why we’re celebrating the pictures of this red-dressed Nike Air Max Plus 3 all the more, as it reminds us strongly of Iron Man.

The shoes are made of leather and mesh and are mostly red. The superhero suit of Tony Stark has a similar red tone. Additional gold hits complete this colourway, whereby the insignia look very elegant and luxurious.

You can already see the official pictures at Nike. Unfortunately, a release date has not been announced yet. The sneakers will probably be released in only a few days.
