Different Colours and Materials Give the Jordan Series 01 the "What The" Aesthetic

The Jordan Series 01 has yet to become Jordan Brand's most popular sneaker, but the sportswear label continues to push the silhouette with new colourways. Today, the lifestyle sneaker has emerged in a wacky look that fans affectionately call "What The".

Various materials and colours are reminiscent of Nike's past, when the Beaverton-based company brought the crazy look to Nike SB and basketball gear. The Jordan Series 01 "What The" is made of suede as well as canvas and features everything from orange to blue hues.

Green and brown hits make their way to the centre of the sneaker, while animal prints accompany the eyestays. Elsewhere, the brand immortalises itself with signature Jumpman branding on the tongues, heels, and insoles.
