After months of waiting for the official release date, we finally have a confirmed date: The Aminé x New Balance 610 will be released on Tuesday, 22 August on clubbanana.com. This is confirmed by the rapper via Instagram.

New Balance is currently on the rise and collaborating with countless labels and personalities to create special sneakers and attract even more attention. Now it's the turn of Grammy-nominated artist Animé, who has been given the chance to work on a collaborative New Balance 610.

This special edition has been named "The Mooz" and presents a combination of brown as well as yellow, which is supposed to allude to an overripe banana. The fruit is relevant to this collabo as it is part of the so-called "Club Banana" label, to which Animé belongs. The sneaker also flaunts a material mix of mesh and shiny leather, with iridescent effects spread across the toe box, side panels and heels. 

There's also a "610" badge on the outer heel, which is enhanced by a floating banana. An image of Aminé's face is also found on one of the small panels on the heel, while further co-branding has been placed on the tongue. Another special feature is the pull-tabs, which can be opened and connected to each other to make the sneakers easier to transport. Of course, you can also look forward to a special shoe box!
