Five Years of Nike SNKRS - a Special Edition of the Nike Air Force 1 "SNKRS Day"

Sneakerheads know exactly what is taking place in just a few days. On August 8th, Nike SNKRS is celebrating its birthday, but this time the annual event might become more special. On the same date, the sneaker app from Beaverton is turning five years old, and the sporting goods manufacturer is celebrating with a unique Nike Air Force 1. We now have a first look at the official images.

The sneaker, which drops on SNKRS Day, has a soft upper made of different knit patterns. Next to it, brown leather Swooshes accentuate the colour matching of the tongue labels, insoles, and outsoles. Additionally, Nike commemorates the fifth SNKRS Day with the Roman numeral "V".

The special detail is applied to the wooden eyelets and insoles. Lastly, a crisp white midsole and a wooden SNKRS hangtag that reads "8 8 22" round out the design of the Nike Air Force 1 "SNKRS Day".
