Hamcus and adidas Team Up for a Joint NMD S1

The adidas NMD S1 already celebrated its debut two years ago and has already enjoyed numerous collaborations. After Philllllthy, Pharrell Williams and Rimowa, it is now the turn of the Chinese label "Hamcus" to release their own interpretation of the futuristic silhouette.

Founded in 2013, Hamcus offers apparel inspired by military gear, science fiction films, industrial design and technology. Their looks give the impression of coming straight out of a Mad-Max movie and thus fit perfectly with the futuristic design of the NMD S1.

The collaborative version of the S1 comes in a mix of brown and black and features a knitted upper with a functional pull-tab at the heel. Another special feature is the so-called bungee lacing system with Hamcus co-brandings. All in all, the two partners deliver a very military look, which is rounded off by a special box.

Don't Miss the Release of the Hamcus x adidas NMD S1

The official photos of the Hamcus x adidas NMD S1 have already been published, but it is questionable whether the sneaker will also be released here in Europe. In Asia, it will be released exclusively at Hamcus and probably also at adidas on May 19th for an approximate price of 230€.
