Apparently Beyoncé and the German sporting goods giant had creative differences when it came to IVY PARK, Beyoncé's fashion label. This means that Beyoncé now wants to take back ownership of IVY PARK and realign her vision for the label.

Beyoncé and adidas have been creative partners for several years, when Beyoncé launched her activewear line. However, the two have a longer collaboration dating back to 2016, when Beyoncé's clothing line IVY PARK was launched with Topshop's Sir Philip Green. That joint venture was dissolved in 2018, and Beyoncé was given full control of IVY PARK, which has since been developing clothing and footwear with the help of adidas.
