Kobe Bryant's adidas Crazy 8 Returns

You won't believe what's coming back soon - Kobe Bryant's first adidas signature shoe, the Crazy 8! That's right, Kobe Bryant's estate and Nike struck a nice deal earlier this year and now we're all benefiting. Even adidas, Bryant's former endorser, has revisited his old designs, including the Crazy 8, which was Bryant's first signature model. I have to say, the sight of the stripes and funky sole evokes great nostalgia.
 
The striking model was inspired by the company's EQT and Feet You Wear lines and saw the young Bryant wearing the number 8, which wowed the crowd. The relationship between the late basketball player and the German sportswear giant deteriorated in the early 2000s, but the collaboration left a lasting impression on the sport of basketball and basketball fashion. The Crazy 8 is set to launch in a handful of styles over the next five months, but its first modern retro version will be a classic "Core Black". Faded panels on the upper make for a slightly different look to Bryant's original pair, but a retro version in a one-to-one style will return at some point.
