The second drop from MCM and PUMA is coming up. This time, it's the MCM x PUMA Slipstream Lo. The sneaker is supposed to drop via the MCM online shop and at the MCM stores in just a few hours. From 8 October, the sneaker will be available worldwide at PUMA and the shops.
Basketball is no longer just a sport, but also a lifestyle. Numerous collabs have proven this to us, and PUMA and the German luxury fashion house MCM have now landed another bull's eye. The long-time partners have now created a Slipstream Lo, which will be released in just a few days. Together, they celebrate the raw glamour that basketball has to offer.
"The love between luxury and sport is evident in this second collaboration with MCM. The classic details of the two German brands are visible in the design and construction," says Heiko Desens, PUMA's Global Creative Director.
The collab consists of several drops, and the MCM x PUMA Slipstream Lo kicks things off this week. A cognac Visetos monogram, which is a long-standing trademark of the house, adorns the premium sneaker. Underneath the detailing is a yellow base, and white overlays give the MCM x PUMA Slipstream Lo a straightforward look.
The MCM x PUMA Slipstream Lo Is Set to Drop on September 8th
The MCM x PUMA Slipstream Lo will be released on September 8th for 500€ at mcmworldwide.com and on September 10th at PUMA and selected luxury retailers. Drop 2 will then follow in October, and Drop 3 will be released in the first half of 2023. Keep an eye on the shops for details.
