New BB4000 Collab from Dime and Reebok Planned for February 2021
More and more sneakers from Dime and Reebok are filling retailers' shoe shelves. Most recently, the partners released new Kamikaze II Low models, and now, they are coming together for another sneaker project. Get the details on the Dime x Reebok BB4000 collab here.
The Montreal-based skatewear label completely reinterprets the Reebok BB4000 for skateboarding. Two contrasting versions in brown and white are offered, and among the best features are the revamped brandings. More specifically, the replaced logo features a graphic of the famous "Ecce homo" painting on the tongue, as well as Dime's logo on the heel and sides.
"Tapping into Reebok's fitness heritage and classic silhouettes was ideal for a brand like ours that has its roots in skateboarding," say Dime co-founders Phil Lavoie and Vincent Tsang. "The design aesthetic of the BB4000 lends itself well to functional skateboarding footwear. After our first Reebok basketball campaign, this seemed like a natural progression."
