Nike Air Force 1 "Los Angeles" - New Anniversary Edition with California State Flower

It was expected that Nike would be releasing several hip colourways for the 40th anniversary of Bruce Kilgore's iconic Air Force 1 silhouette. Today, the sporting goods manufacturer has unveiled a Nike Air Force 1 "Los Angeles" that features several premium details. Check out the sneaker dedicated to the City of Angels here.

At the forefront is a thoughtful patchwork design made of woven fabric, canvas, and nylon. Almost the entire sneaker is in bright hues accentuated by loose stitching. It's hard to see the connection to Los Angeles, but yellow and blue colours represent the city's sports team.

Furthermore, the Nike Air Force 1 "Los Angeles" has embroidered orange floral motifs, which are supposed to represent the Californian state flower. Then, there are special graphics on the insole accompanied by cursive "Los Angeles" lettering. Elsewhere, thick rope laces and "Anniversary Edition" details on the tongues round out the design of the Nike Air Force 1 "Los Angeles".
