Nike Crowns Its Air Force 1 "World Champ" with Wrestling Belt-Lace Locks

For many fans, the Nike Air Force 1 is a champion in the sneaker game. Perhaps that's why Nike has this special Nike Air Force 1 "World Champ" ready, which features amazing details. While the pair has not been confirmed yet, we still take a look at the pair that has now been revealed by insiders.

Supposedly, the Nike Air Force 1 "World Champ" will be dropped to celebrate the 40th anniversary. Externally, the sneaker is reminiscent of the first versions as a smooth white leather adorns the heels and mudguard. The side panels and toebox then accentuate the shoe with a cracked effect, possibly alluding to the silhouette's ageing.

But much more exciting are the black and gold lace locks, which are inspired by a wrestling belt. The Nike Air Force 1 "World Champ" is then completed with black patent leather Swooshes and heel tabs that match the colour of the inner lining and outsole.

Unfortunately, the drop of the Nike Air Force 1 "World Champ" has not been confirmed yet. However, a drop is expected in the coming weeks at Nike and selected retailers.
