Nike Keeps Things Simple with This Cortez "Gorge Green"

Nike has refreshed the Cortez in a fresh new "Gorge Green" colourway, looking to re-energise us in response to last year's release of numerous collaborative colourways of the Nike Cortez. The reason for this is that inline styles were very scarce and fell far short of their limited edition counterparts.

However, this edition offers us hope that Nike will pay more attention to the Nike Cortez overall in 2023. The upper of the "Gorge Green", as well as the laces and overlays, are made of white leather, while the visually appealing Swoosh and heel tab are in "Gorge Green".

To underline the vintage look, Nike gives the shoe a lighter shade with "Sail" in the sole area. A similar play of colours can also be found inside the Nike Cortez "Gorge Green".
