For many sneakerheads and horror enthusiasts, October is one of the best months of the year. Sports giants like Nike present their Halloween iterations in the last few days, which usually have a beautifully eerie look that features rare details.

In 2021, Nike SB is also getting in on the act with a very special Dunk Low, because the sneakers have a tightly wrapped upper made of fabric that is reminiscent of a mummy. While we're still a few months away from the spooky festivities, the Nike SB Dunk Low "Mummy" is already a strong contender for the best Halloween sneaker of the year. Let's take a look at the exact details now.

Frayed fabric is roughly woven around to perfectly imitate the Mummy look. The lightweight material resembles the gauze that mummies are wrapped in. Light blue Swooshes are added to the sides, and Nike brandings on the tongues give goosebumps with a dripping green design. Although it's hard to tell from the images, the upper is said to have tear-away detailing, which means the sneakers are hiding another layer. Perhaps the printed insoles with a creepy pattern or the heels give us a hint? Another highlight are the soles with a glow-in-the-dark effect.

Do Not Miss the Release of the Nike SB Dunk Low "Mummy"

Would you celebrate the night of the dead with this Nike SB Dunk Low "Mummy"? Nike hasn't confirmed the drop yet, but expect a release before Halloween at Nike and selected retailers for around 110€.
