Nike SB x Air Max 95: Celebrating 30 Years of Innovation

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Nike Air Max 95, Nike SB is launching a special edition in 2025. This collaboration aims to combine the iconic design of the Air Max 95 with skateboard functionality and follows a similar approach to Nike SB's previous reinterpretation of the Air Jordan 4.

Designed by Sergio Lozano, the Air Max 95 revolutionised sneaker design when it debuted in 1995 with an anatomy-inspired design and visible Air elements in the forefoot. This model has been a favourite classic in the sneaker community ever since, known for its distinctive look and unparalleled comfort.

Although specific details and photos of the Nike SB x Air Max 95 have not yet been released, it is reported that multiple colour options will be available to appeal to different styles. The sneaker will retain its signature elements such as wavy panels and visible Air elements, which will be enhanced with new materials and technologies for skateboarding needs.

In addition to the Nike SB x Air Max 95, Nike Sportswear will also reissue the original ‘Neon’ Air Max 95 with improved soles, similar to the Nike Air Max 1 ‘86.

The Nike SB x Air Max 95 will release in 2025. Expect a drop in select skate shops, both in-store and online, as well as on Nike.com.
