Nike x Hyperice Air Zoom Hyperslide: This recovery slide uses heat and vibration

Nike and Hyperice are expanding their partnership with an unusual recovery product. The new Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide combines the comfort of a slide with heat, vibration massage and a full-length Air Zoom sole. The result is aimed at athletes who want to give their feet a rest after a training session, a competition, whilst travelling or after a long day.

At first glance, the Air Zoom Hyperslide resembles a futuristic performance slide. Its real standout feature, however, lies in the adjustable strap: this is where a removable, magnetically attached Hyperslide Pod is located. This pod delivers targeted heat and vibration to the top of the foot.

There are three heat settings to choose from – 42.8, 45 and 47.2 degrees Celsius – as well as three vibration settings – 50, 75 and 100 hertz. Each session runs for a 15-minute cycle. The settings can be controlled either directly via the controls on the pod or via Bluetooth using the Hyperice app.

Underfoot, Nike has opted for a full-length, low-profile Air Zoom sole. This is designed to provide soft yet responsive cushioning, making the Hyperslide an attractive option even when the electronic recovery function is not in use. Heat, vibration and Air Zoom are intended to work together to help relax tired feet and reduce tension.

Depending on the settings selected, the Hyperslide offers a battery life of up to one hour. Allow approximately three hours for a full charge. A USB-C charging cable is included.

All the technology has been integrated in such a way that the Air Zoom Hyperslide can still be slipped on and off with ease. The adjustable strap ensures a personalised fit, whilst the magnetic pods can be removed if required. This means the Slide falls somewhere between a comfortable casual shoe and a portable recovery device.

To mark its launch, the Nike x Hyperice Air Zoom Hyperslide will be available in a light ‘Light Orewood Brown/Sail’ colourway, amongst others. Hyperice is also offering a black version. This makes the pods and the wide strap look even more like integral parts of a technical performance product. Both versions feature a minimalist, functional design that clearly focuses on the recovery technology.

The official release of the Nike x Hyperice Air Zoom Hyperslide is scheduled for 29 September 2026. The slide is set to be available in selected countries via Nike, Hyperice and selected retailers. The price is 259.99 euros at Nike.
