The Nike Cortez, Nike's classic running shoe, has been an icon since its release in the early '70s. It was the first Nike model to feature the game-changing Nike Air cushioning technology that revolutionised the entire sneaker industry. As time passed and Nike grew in popularity, the Nike Cortez stayed by its side as a cultural icon and symbol of excellence.

 

Now, the Beaverton-based label has launched a uniquely cool version of the Nike Cortez-1the Nike Cortez PRM "Triple Black". The shoe is made of both nubuck and suede overlays. In addition, the tongue is made of nylon and even has tonal branding on the shoe. It's all topped off with a speckled black sole that gives everyone a cool look. The Nike Cortez PRM "Triple Black" is set to drop soon at Nike and selected retailers.
