Alongside the numerous Nike Air Force 1's and Converse Chucks appears an Air Jordan 11. It is no ordinary Air Jordan 11 but the original sneakers by Michael Jordan. Sotheby's is auctioning the sample from the GOAT to celebrate the premiere of Space Jam: A New Legacy.
This Air Jordan 11 "Space Jam" is a sample made especially for Michael Jordan to wear in the movie "Space Jam" (1996). At least that was the plan, but the sneakers were never worn by Michael Jordan.
Due to their age, the sneakers are, of course, slightly yellowed, but the look is in A+ condition. There is also a Michael Jordan autograph in silver ink on the left shoe. Additionally, the sneakers come in a custom wooden box with a laser-etched Tune Squad/Space Jam logo.
